Creative Moments Challenge 114 & FREEBIE ALLERT

Happy Wednesday

Sorry for my absence in the last 2 weeks, I have been suffering with the dreaded flu bug, how awful flu is, totally wipes you out, and to top it off Hubby has been home sick with it also, what a sorry pair we have been. Well fingers crossed we are both on the mend and service will return to normal :-)

So without further ado and on a much happier note!

The theme is as always Anything Goes, and the optional twist is Spring Colours

Our lovely sponsors for this challenge are

Freebie Allert
ToryTale is offering a Freebie so please pop over to the Challenge Post to check this out

My card uses the Dr Digi image - Door Mouse

As I know my Mum does not read my blog I can tell you this is also her Mothers Day Card as this coming Sunday is Mothers Day in the UK. My Mum drinks an awful lot of tea, as does my Dad, the first thing after "hello" when you walk through the door is "I'll pop the kettle on" and boy can my Dad make a great cuppa, still using loose tea and a tea pot :-)

So for the card I coloured the image with Copic markers and cut it out with the Scan N Cut. The DP is Dovecraft - Blooming Lovely, and the little scalloped frame is a First Edition die. The sentiment is from my stash and is cut out with Lawn Fawn's Everyday Sentiment Banners. The little flowers are made with a Hobby Craft punch and leaves are made with a MS punch.

Creative Moments Challenge 113

Happy Wednesday

This time the theme over at Creative Moments is as always Anything Goes and the optional twist is Winter Blues, in other words have some blue on your creation.

We are also having a Design Team Call
So pop over to the challenge and check it out!

We have 2 fabulous sponsors for this challenge

I have 3 cards for you today, the first is an image called
Buzz and is from Mari Digis

I coloured the image with Copic markers and created the scene using Lawn Fawns Simple Puffy Cloud Frame, Little Picket Fence Boarder, Stitched Hillside Boarders & Road Boarders. The sentiment is by Concord & 9th from the set You Crazy Cat, the bottom part of the sentiment would normally say "Cat Ladies Unite", I used a bit of post it tape to mask the word Cat before inking, and then removed it to stamp.

My second and third card are both form My Stitch Back in Twine

This image is called Betty

I again coloured her with Copic markers and cut her out using Spellbinders Grand Circles, I then used  an old Dee's Distinctively Die called Philodendron. The sentiment is Lawn Fawn's Scripty Hello

Last but by no means least is Amy

Again coloured with Copics and all cut out with MFT's Blueprints 26, the "Birthday" is from a Concord & 9th set called Happy Words

This month over at 613 Avenue Create, the theme is "The Rubber Room" (sounds a bit naughty to my mind)

So the rubber room means no digital image, there not so bad after all :-)

I have used Newtons Nook - Newtons Book Club for my card

I used SU punches for the boarders & sentiment and a Dovecraft punch to matt newton, who was cut out with my Scan N Cut.
