My card uses the Decosse Dynamite sentiment & paper, the sentiment is from the mini set Joy & Laughter and the DP is Called Monkey Mania
I used an old EK Success punch for the corners and the leaves are a MS punch. The burlap and buttons are from the Docraft Back to Basics range.
