Kittens, A Big Thank You & Anything Goes at The Outlawz

Happy Monday

Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to Christine Emberson the owner of

You all probably know Christine as a member of the Spellbinders Design Team, and between you and me she is one of my crafty idols in the paper craft world. What you may not know is I am a volunteer for a local rescue charity called Cats in Crisis and yesterday Christine and her lovely son Elliot came to visit, you can read all about it on her blog. So I owe Christine two huge thank you's, firstly for giving two gorgeous kittens a furever home and secondly for this gorgeous gift she gave me

About a year ago I did a workshop with Christine, and learned so many tricks with my Spellbinders dies. The other thing I took away with me is the little glue pot in the picture. Christine sells the empty pots, and you fill them with your favourite glue, mine is filled with clear Cosmic Shimmer. The pot has a needle point tip and is perfect for all those delicate die cuts etc. These are available on Christine's website HERE. I can honestly say it was one of the best purchases I made last year!
Now for the thank you, Christine has a very clever Dad, he is an amazing wood turner and he has been making the little stands to keep the glue up-side down, as that is the best way to store it (the glue pot comes with a special non-rust pin to close it). Well my lovely surprise from Christine yesterday was not only the little stand, but the beautiful turned pokey tool in it's own stand. The glue pot holders are available HERE, and the pokey tool combo will be available very soon. I am thrilled and privileged to be one of (if not) the first person to have these on my desk.
Thank you Christine for being such a wonderful lady and Elliot for choosing two little rescue kittens to give a wonderful home to.

Ok now for the crafty bit!
