WELCOME TO
THE JULY BLOG HOP!
Hi everyone! Thanks for playing along in this new
blog hop! The Blog Hop with Sean
& Regina is featuring cards and sentiments celebrating the Christmas/Winter
season! As you will see many of the bloggers are based in the USA and are going through extreme heat right now, and are looking for some
relief!
As Sean has said "when I think of relief, I think of a crisp winter’s day watching the snow falling and watching the
neighborhood children outside playing and laughing. I’m starting to cool just thinking about it!"
But for all of us shivering here in the UK with the wet weather, what better time to snuggle up in your craft space and get a head start on your Christmas cards!!!!!!!!!!
We have some amazing creations
for you to see and inspire you, what's even better is that there are goodies you can win!
If you have hopped over from the lovely Jennifer then you are in the right place, if not then start at the beginning with the very talented Sean.
Now for my creations:
I used the Gina K designs stamp sets Holiday Cheer and Holiday Greetings, I stamped the reindeer in Memento Paris Dusk and used Memento Teal Zeal to ink the background, after cutting out a mask with a SU circle punch for the moon, I used the post-it to mask off the background and sponged Memento Cantaloupe for the moon. The DP is from my stash and the window is made using Memory Box Grand Madison Window with the Memory Box 821 Grand Flower Box added. The Flowers are a MS punch, and the detail across the top of the window is Spellbinders Damask Accents. The sentiment is Mounted on Spellbinders Fancy Tags
Again the stamp set is from my favourite designer Gina K and is called Punchy Words, I used SU 1 3/8" circle and 1 3/4 scalloped circle punches. The door is Memory Box Grand Madison Door and the Poppy Stamps Party Lanterns are decorating the top of the door. The embossing folder is Ice Crystals by Cuttlebug and the tree is from Marianne Designs.
The stamp set is Winter Wonderland from, you guessed it Gina K Designs and the DP is La Creme from DCWV and again the embossing folder is Ice Crystals. The dies are all Spellbinders Orchard Harvest Tags and Accents and Create a Flake Three and as promised one of these dies are up for grabs!!!
Prize Time:
For joining in the hop, I will give a brand new set of Spellbinders Create a Flake three, to one random winner! (rules below!)
