Here is my creation using the lovely image Joanie from RSD, coloured with Copic markers.
The card base is 5" x 7" and I have used Spellbinders Matting Basics and the tag is Framed Tags One. The flowers are Poppy Stamps Cecillia Flower and Cecillia Flower Outline
